Hi, I’m Rosemary.
I’m your main bookkeeping gal. I’m a nerd for numbers, Enrolled Agent, QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor, founding member and board treasurer for the Ohio RSA, and (according to my kids when they want an extra helping of dessert) “best mom ever.” I’m here to join your journey, working diligently in the background to help your nonprofit run like a well-oiled machine.
I’m proud to say I have a job where I feel like I give back every day, helping nonprofits succeed. I try to make giving back at the forefront of my business model and life, from volunteering at my local nonprofit SCORE chapter, to making a donation for every single business transaction we partake in, I like to feel like I’m using my knowledge to make the world a little bit better. I’ve been working with nonprofits on the accounting side since 2018 from small schools to large multi-million dollar international organizations, prior to that I volunteered, co-directed, and worked with nonprofits in the US, Mexico, and Peru on fundraising, management, and programmatic work, focusing on addressing issues of human rights and environmental concerns.
Bailey is a graduate of the University of Dayton who we are lucky to have on the team! Her background working on human rights issues with nonprofits and education in public administration make her an amazing resource for clients. She’s been providing bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, and cash flow services to nonprofits with Mosaic Bookkeeping since 2020 and is a QuickBooks certified ProAdvisor.
